Quietly nestled on the outskirts of, “The Best Town on Earth,” the Paragon of Madisonville has been leading the way for Independent and Assisted Living for over 20 years. Locally owned and operated, The Paragon is truly committed to being the gold-standard in senior living for Madisonville and its community members.

Our President, Mark Lee, is very passionate about Kentucky’s Seniors. As an attorney, he has helped write many of the state’s laws on senior care. He also serves on the Board of the Kentucky Senior Living Association. He and his wife Maria live in Madisonville and are very hands on when it comes to community operations. 

With local ownership, we have developed a close-knit staff. While we are always happy to add new members to our team, we are very proud to say that we have staff members that have been with us as many as 20 years! Staff longevity allows us to go above and beyond state requirements for training, ensuring that our residents are receiving the best care possible.
